I. JOB SUMMARY — [HN] – CAMERAMAN — English

• Video Production: Responsible for videography to meet company needs for digital media products across multiple platforms.
• Filming Execution: Shoot videos according to provided scripts and project requirements.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop scripts.
• Equipment Management: Oversee, maintain, and manage videography gear and related hardware/technology.
• Quality & Deadline Assurance: Ensure all final outputs meet defined quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Reporting Line: Direct report to the Production Manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Age: 23 – 30 years old.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in video production, specifically in videography and video editing.
• Education: A major or formal training in Videography / Cinematography / Film Production is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in videography techniques and a solid understanding of basic camera equipment and lighting/audio gear.
• Mindset: Creative, eager to learn, and proactive in proposing new ideas.
• Soft Skills:
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Bonus: Knowledge and experience in video editing and post-production process is a strong plus.

• Fixed Salary: 12,000,000 – 15,000,000+ VND/month + unlimited project bonuses (Negotiable based on capacity).
