I. JOB SUMMARY — [HN] – KEY EXPERT 2 – SENIOR COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE — English

We are seeking an experienced Communication Specialist to coordinate and execute high-profile multimedia communications campaigns. This role focuses on overseeing content production workflows, collaborating with key strategic partners (KOLs, press, agencies), and ensuring campaign effectiveness across digital platforms, specifically targeting youth audiences in Vietnam.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Campaign management: Develop detailed plans, execute, and oversee communications campaigns end-to-end (from concept to completion), ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Content production coordination: Manage production workflows for multimedia assets, including videos, podcasts, digital content, graphic designs, and other promotional materials.
• Partnership management: Establish and nurture relationships with press outlets, influencers (KOLs), artists, creative agencies, and digital communities across Vietnam.
• Team supervision: Supervise and guide cross-functional and international creative/communications teams to ensure strict brand and messaging consistency.
• Planning & Optimization: Formulate media placement strategies, drive audience engagement, and track campaign KPIs based on real-time data.
• Reporting: Analyze audience reach, evaluate campaign impact, and deliver regular performance reports to key stakeholders.

III. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education & Language Proficiency

• Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia, or directly relevant fields.
  • Candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree: Must possess at least 5 additional years of relevant professional experience (totaling 13+ years of professional experience).
• Languages: Native/Fluent Vietnamese (C2) & Professional English (C1) in both spoken and written communication (capable of direct collaboration with international experts and drafting technical documentation in English).

2. General Professional Experience (Minimum 8 years)

• 8+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale communications campaigns.
• Proven track record in coordinating content production and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience in managing partnerships with press outlets, influencers, agencies, production houses, and digital media platforms.
• Experience in leading or supervising cross-functional or multi-disciplinary creative/media teams.

3. Specific Professional Experience (Minimum 5 years)

• Managed and executed at least 01 digital/social media campaigns specifically targeting youth in Vietnam.
• Coordinated the production of at least 01 multimedia products (combining audiovisual and digital assets).
• Direct experience partnering with KOLs, artists, media outlets, or major online communities in Vietnam.
• Proficiency in execution planning, media placement strategy, audience growth tactics, and performance monitoring.
• Preferred Asset: Background with international organizations (NGOs, UN, EU), development projects (ODA), or government initiatives.
