I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES — [HN] – VIDEO EDITOR — English

• Edit, assemble and finalize videos according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with editors, directors and camera operators to complete video productions.
• Propose creative ideas to enhance video quality and visual storytelling.
• Manage footage and editing files, ensuring production deadlines are met.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with supporting software such as After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, and AI tools such as Midjourney.
• Ability to create motion graphics.
• Ability to edit a range of formats, including corporate films, TVCs, short-form videos and highlight videos.
• Keep up with industry trends, demonstrate creativity and have a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility, cooperative attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Design skills are a significant advantage.

• Fixed salary: VND 14–18 million++ per month, plus unlimited project royalties (negotiable based on capabilities).
