I. JOB OBJECTIVE — [HCM] – CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER — English

The Creative Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual designs for online and offline channels that align with brand identity and communications objectives. The role collaborates with Creative and Digital teams to develop innovative design concepts and support marketing campaigns and events.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for design tasks assigned by the manager, including:

• Design offline materials (CI, POSM, catalogs, backdrops, standees, event materials, etc.).
• Design online assets (Fanpage, Zalo OA, Instagram posts; digital/website banners, Facebook ads, etc.).
• Create 2D illustrations and modify existing brand characters as requested.
• Support design ideas with the Creative and Digital teams.
• Plan concepts using research and data.
• Develop ideas and other designs for relevant departments.
• Perform other duties as planned by the manager.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College or university degree in Design or Fine Arts.
• Language: Ability to use English in the workplace.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
• Strong visual taste; knowledge of brand identity, layout and colour.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to draw.
• Creative thinking, design planning and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and travel for business.
• Keen to learn and stay current with new trends.
• Creative, bold and action-oriented.
• Presentable, with good fashion sense and aesthetics.
